Do you really want to express your wishes? Is it really that hard? You hear this so many times when it comes to the law of attraction, but when it comes to manifestation, do you really know what to do to manifest the desired result? Is there no easier way?

For many of us, we are simply too busy. And that’s because we live in a very rushed society. We are now in a society where we are taking more action than ever. Now, of course, there is nothing wrong with acting. But when it comes to trying to meditate, to manifesting your desires, you need to find a way to just calm down and think about your goals and results.
But how do you do that? Because meditation itself is a very simple art, once you know how to do it. You see, meditation has great advantages. You can begin to heal yourself through meditation. Just by being at peace with yourself, you can begin to heal yourself. And that in itself has its own rewards. In fact, you can begin to heal old, old, old memories, ‘pains’, times when you have been emotionally traumatized, and meditation helps to heal yourself from that.
You can also manifest your desires much more quickly, because with meditation, you are “one” with your own inner self or soul. And that allows the art of manifesting to be done much faster, as you may have a clearer head and as a result, you may find that you will be inspired to do something. With what normally, leading a very busy life, you would not have encountered.
How many times has the answer come to us, after we woke up first thing in the morning, when we were too excited the night before. Do you think this is an accident? This is not an accident, it is because you have not been ‘thinking about it’. Great discoveries have been made simply “without thinking” about the real solution. Most scientists will tell you that their discoveries came after thinking of something else. It’s funny how when you don’t think of something, it really triggers its discovery.
But how do you meditate yourself? How do you find the time, say, to take 5 minutes first thing in the morning and late at night to meditate?
Well, there is actually a very easy way to do it, and it is such a simple thing that most people just overlook. And it is something that has its own blessings.
