Charge while driving, flying or on the track

Can you imagine a system that uses an old Nicola Tesla trick, one that can charge electric vehicles while on the go? Well, we have the ability to charge things without wires, for example those little gadgets you can buy where you put your electronic device on what looks like a hot plate pad and the electrons flow into the battery charging it remotely without wires. Our Think Tank had come up with many such schemes in the late 1990s, even for moving vehicles.

One of those concepts was to use high-voltage power lines to charge electric AVMs or micro-aerial vehicles (miniature UAVs) for inspection. These AVMs would fly back and forth perpendicular to the power lines while inspecting them and the energy escaping into the field would automatically charge them. Simple physics and I guess it’s a fun place to think, that’s why I came up with that scheme. I am not alone in innovative creative genius.

For example, there was an article in the Wall Street Journal on August 27, 2013 titled; “Electric Buses Without Cables: South Korean Technology Can Charge Vehicles On The Move”, by Jeyup S. Kwaak. The piece said; “The experiment with electric buses is part of the government effort to reduce 30% of the nation’s greenhouse gas emissions by 2020” and “buses that can charge wirelessly while on the move” or while they stop using infrastructure on the ground to load.

This concept is quite similar to the MAV strategy I mentioned earlier, but on a much larger scale, of course. What else could we use this technology for, I thought after reading that article? Well, how about these concepts too:

1. Stop electric car light charging
2. Aircraft runway loading
3. Scale load or truck stop for electric trucks
4. Charging electric scooters in skate parks

Yes, these are just a few, of course the uses could be unlimited, how about the electric wheelchair loading areas for hospitals? Electric car parking stalls in corporations? They already make a home garage device for electric car owners, although some say they are a fire hazard for that kind of indoor use.

One of the biggest challenges with electric cars, cell phones, and other equipment is charging and battery life. If we can solve them, we might find that, in some cases, electricity might be the best way to go. Perhaps Nicola Tesla would love to tell you more, if he was still with us in the current period. Consider all of this and think about it.

How to generate wealth from your savings?

We belong to a conservative culture where saving habits are built into our DNA. As a country, we prefer to save than to spend, unlike developed economies that are driven by demand-driven spending from their national economies. Saving comes naturally and we all save for the future in our own way. Whether you’re putting our savings into a bank FD or contributing to a PPF or reducing expenses to administer a home loan EMI, all we do is save. What’s going on growing your money to something beyond savings that, at best, can provide you with a return of 8% to 9%, half of which is absorbed by inflation.

Is when savings and investment come together to help you build wealth and have a sense of financial security. Having a job is not enough to feel financially secure because what is left of your salary after paying all the monthly expenses is not enough to pay the future overall expenses that will expire over time. Salary and salary savings cannot cover important life expenses, such as children’s higher education, their weddings, health care expenses in old age, and the expenses of the long retirement phase of your life, when the salary would no longer cushion it. It is imperative to put your savings in investment avenues where they can multiply in the long term.

You must understand the difference between short-term and long-term investment decisions to take a holistic approach towards creating financial security and wealth.

  1. Safe short-term goals
  2. Short-term goals are generally defined as milestones that you want to achieve in the next 1-3 years. If there are some short-term goals that you can’t afford to lose, go for savings options like FD bank or, better yet, invest in suitable debt mutual funds if you’re comfortable with mutual funds. Fixed income mutual funds or debt funds are safer than equity-oriented mutual funds and have the potential to give you a higher return than bank DFs. But you should do your research or enlist the help of a Investment advisor to choose the right funds that go well with your financial goal and your ability to take risks.

  3. Don’t let your money sit idle in the bank
  4. Most people simply leave their money in their savings account, even when the amount is significantly higher than what is required to manage daily expenses. Don’t let excess cash sit in a savings deposit. Rather invest it in a liquid mutual fund that can potentially offer you a higher return than the bank would offer you. Liquid funds are convenient to trade as they have no entry and exit charges and redemption money is available to you the next business day when you want to sell your share of the fund. Liquid funds are best suited for investing excess cash for 1 to 90 days and are the least volatile of all mutual funds.

  5. Invest in balanced mutual funds for medium-term goals
  6. If there are some requirements that you expect to expire in the next 3-5 years, choosing a balanced mutual fund or a suitable hybrid mutual fund might be a good option. Balanced funds that are a kind of hybrid mutual fund invest in a mix of equity and debt securities Captures the characteristics of equity and debt funds while offering a moderate risk-return proposition to their investors that is suitable for those who prefer to play safely while They are looking for some upside potential from the stocks.

  7. Invest in long-term equity-oriented options
  8. When a financial goal If it’s a long time away, let’s say your retirement life will start in 15 years or your daughter’s higher education will expire in 7 years, the best option would be a well-diversified equity fund. Equity funds are best suited for long-term investments beyond 5 years, as stocks are prone to higher volatility in the short term, but can offer good long-term returns. Invest wisely in a few equity funds that suit your personality – that is, your willingness to take risk. You might also consider investing directly in stocks, but mutual funds are better suited for those who don’t like to take risks with stocks. Always try to understand everything about mutual fund risk before investing in them.

  9. Be flexible, monitor and rebalance your portfolio periodically
  10. Once you have invested your money in various mutual funds, FD, stocks, ULIP, PPF, etc. the work is half done. You should monitor your portfolio regularly and make changes if necessary. A rebalancing is required to reflect any changes in your life circumstances. For example, you change the job from a multinational to a new company where the risks are higher. In such a situation, your portfolio’s exposure to stocks should be reduced as your human capital is now invested in high-risk stocks. Working for startups is as good as owning high-risk stocks.

  11. Seek professional advice
  12. It is best to seek the professional advice of an investment advisor or ask for help from mutual fund dealers to overcome paperwork and transaction requirements. Tea Investment advisor will perform your risk profile and conduct a suitability analysis before recommending any investment plan. It may be worth taking this help when you are putting your hard-earned money into a long-term plan. Take your time to understand

Tips for getting a dark finish when staining pine wood

If you need to finish a pine molding or furniture and are trying to stain the wood dark, you may have trouble getting the rich, dark tone that you would like.

And even if you get the deep, dark tint color you wanted, why are your results looking so “blotchy”?

To stain pine wood dark, always follow these steps.

Start by sanding

First things first, with any staining task, sand the wood well. You are going to want to do this by hand. Pine wood is a soft wood, and if you use an electric sander you will often end up with some noticeable scratches once you apply the stain to the wood. There is no easy way out of this, a hand sanding job is required.

To ensure a dark finish, use a medium grit sanding sponge or the equivalent sandpaper, which is approximately 100 grit. Sanding sponge is best for trim molding that has fine curves and cracks. It is the best option to adapt to the curves and to get into the nooks and crannies. If you have a strictly flat surface, wrap a small square piece of sandpaper around a sanding block (a simple block of wood will do) and sand with the grain, but at a slight angle.

Why at a slight angle? The grain of pine wood is characterized by the lighter, smoother “early wood” and the darker, harder “late wood.” By not cutting the grain a bit, you will sand more early than late wood and end up with a relatively wavy surface, rather than the totally flat surface you are looking to achieve.

If you are looking for a darker finish, don’t sand with a grit finer than medium or 100 grit. Sanding with this slightly rough grit helps open up the pores in the pine wood, which will accept more stains. What you should not do is use a fine sanding sponge or 180-grit (or higher) sandpaper. This effectively polishes the wood and closes the pores in the wood, making it more difficult to stain the pine dark.

Removes stained finished pineAfter a thorough sand job, vacuum the project up and then use a label cloth to clean up any remaining dust particles.

The finished pine can look stained due to the different growth cycles of the wood (and it also depends on how the final piece was cut). To eliminate this unpleasant problem, purchase a can of wood conditioner before staining at your local center or paint store. Wood Conditioner ensures a more even stain color by closing some of the larger pores and reducing stain absorption in those areas.

However, using the wood conditioner helps make it harder to stain the pine dark. However, as long as you work with an oil-based dark penetrating stain, you can get the dark shade you’d like.

Follow the directions on the can of the wood conditioner. For most types, you will need to wait about 15 minutes before applying the stain. But don’t wait too long. Letting the wood conditioner dry completely will completely block the pores in the wood and it will be difficult to achieve the dark color you are looking for.

Start dyeing

How the wood is stained is not important. You can use a foam brush, a regular brush, or a clean cloth. Apply generously. However, try not to drip. To ensure a good dark finish, wait as long as the manufacturer allows before cleaning off excess stain. Make sure you don’t wait too long, however, or else the stain will become sticky and difficult to clean.

If your wood isn’t as dark as you expected, don’t give up hope. Wait at least a day or more for the piece to dry completely. Then follow the steps above to re-stain your project. Your pine wood finish will have taken on a deeper, darker tone.

Usually a few coats of stain will help you achieve the finishing results you would like. One more thing you can try is cleaning your piece with mineral spirits before re-staining.

Smart electric cars: rational reasons and results when buying one

There are many reasons to buy any smart electric vehicle, electric hybrid or plug-in hybrid. Rising gasoline costs are probably the biggest and most pressing issue when considering an electric car purchase. The environment and the planet is another concern. Whatever the reason, buying any planet-friendly BEV, PHEV or eco-friendly car instead of that fossil fuel burning internal combustion engine car will certainly have a positive effect on helping save the planet and saving you money too.

To make smart electric car purchasing decisions, it is important to understand what the different types of electric vehicles are and how smart electric cars work.

There are three types of power-assisted electric vehicles that use some type of electric motor. The Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) is, as the name suggests, a battery-powered vehicle. There is no other source of power for the vehicle, no gasoline-powered internal combustion engine (ICE) and therefore the battery needs to be charged between uses and will discharge during use until it is depleted. At this point the vehicle can no longer run so it will need to be close to a charging point before running out of gas, I mean electric juice.

Two types of hybrid electric vehicles offer the best of the world of electric vehicles and ICE. The hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) uses an electric motor to propel the car or to increase power. Generally, the result of this is to extend the distance you can travel on one tank of fuel, giving the hybrid electric car better fuel economy.

Lastly, there’s the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). This works in a very similar way to HEV, but with one important difference: the battery can be connected to a charging point to fully charge the battery to its maximum capacity. In comparison, the HEV can only charge its battery with the current generated by its ICE, or through regenerative breakdown (a process in which energy is recovered during breakdown rather than lost). By fully charging the battery, you can prolong the use of electrical power and reduce the use of gasoline, making the PHEV the most economical of the hybrid electric vehicles.

The drive train of a BEV is very simple: a battery powers the motor, which powers the electric vehicle. Hybrid electric vehicles will operate with an ICE and an electric motor in parallel or in series, and both the ICE and the electric motor will be able to drive the electric or hybrid vehicle. A capacitor also allows power to be channeled back to the battery, and in the case of the PHEV, a separate charging circuit like the BEV is included to separately charge the hybrid electric vehicle.

There are two types of batteries that are used in cars BEV, PHEV and HEV. Nickel metal hydride batteries are an older technology and one that degrades more quickly than others. Newer lithium-ion batteries are much more efficient and durable in both electric and hybrid vehicles. They do not suffer from memory formation like nickel metal hydride batteries and tend to be able to provide more power to the engine than the alternative.

Older hybrid electric vehicles can still use lead-acid batteries, but these are now generally considered bad for the environment and no longer used.

There are pros and cons to switching to an electric or hybrid vehicle. They are cheaper to drive than ICE cars and have good speed, and hybrid electric vehicles have good range as well. But the BEV class can generally run only up to 40-200 miles, leading to what’s known as range anxiety. Hybrid electric vehicles also outperform when using ICE, providing much greater range.

Another drawback is that the batteries wear out and need to be replaced. This is an expensive car part, and in a BEV, battery failure means the car won’t fully function. A hybrid at least has its ICE to fall back on.

However, the overall operating costs for the owner are much less than for a vehicle with an ICE. The electric or hybrid vehicle has fewer moving parts and therefore less chance of failure requiring repair. The fuel efficiency of a hybrid is vastly increased, saving money for every mile driven, and for a BEV it is even less, since electric power is cheaper than gasoline.

One of the greatest benefits of these vehicles is for the planet. Our oil reserves are finite and dwindling, and their continued use in this way further pollutes the environment. Switching to electric or hybrid vehicles will drastically reduce emitted pollutants and slow the rate at which our planet’s natural resources are being depleted.

When it comes to the economy, electric and hybrid vehicles could be a very positive development. The production of large numbers of these vehicles would require the construction or conversion of manufacturing factories and the hiring of workers to staff the factories. It is often claimed that our economy is heavily dependent on oil and that turning away from it would destroy us, but the truth is very different. By embracing these technologies, our economy can shift its dependence on oil to alternatives, just as our automotive needs do.

Insuring a fully electric or hybrid vehicle can cost slightly more than a gasoline vehicle. Although small savings are possible thanks to the improved risk profile of people who own electric vehicles, other costs are higher. However, the repair of electric or hybrid vehicles currently costs more because there are fewer of these vehicles on the road and because spare parts are less abundant. This increases repair costs, which insurance companies pass on to owners. Savings in running costs can help offset this.

The options are varied when considering the purchase of one of these cars, giving potential owners a good range of options when it comes to their vehicle’s power, size, and range. The following cars are currently available or will be released soon: Green, road-ready cars. Full details are not available for some of those cars that are not yet for sale.

The Nissan Leaf is an all-electric car that goes 100 miles per charge and up to 90 mph, and starts at $ 33,720. This is a modern looking car with a reasonable range and a competitive price. The Tesla Roaster is also fully electric, with an incredible 245 miles per charge, a top speed of 125 mph, and starts at $ 101,500. This is a stunning-looking car with equally amazing performance and a range like no other electric car.

The all-electric Smart-ED model has a maximum range of 98 miles and a top speed of 60 mph. This little car will be perfect for driving around the city. Starting at $ 599 a month for a four year lease.

The Ford Focus, Ford’s all-electric car, has yet to launch, but is expected to have a range of more than 100 miles per charge. This car will be available from late 2011 and seems to offer all the high-tech options people could want, in a very stylish exterior. Final pricing and other details have yet to be released.

The Chevrolet Volt is a PHEV that is capable of speeds of 100 mph. Fuel economy depends on how often you charge the battery, with official figures posted at 60 mpg using gasoline and electricity combined. Pricing starts at $ 32,780, giving it a reasonable price coupled with good performance.

The Toyota Prius is a PHEV that has an incredible 475-mile range on a single tank of gas, when using a combination of gasoline and electric motor. Unfortunately, since it won’t be available until early 2012, there are no further details on performance and pricing.

A fully hybrid version of the Toyota Prius is also available, with a base price of $ 23,520. With a combined mileage of 50 mpg and a top speed of 112 mph, it has enough power and efficiency for anyone. This is a tried and trusted hybrid car with a good reputation.

Ford’s Fusion also has a hybrid version, with a starting price of $ 19,820. With a range of 700 miles per full tank of fuel and 41 mpg, it’s powerful and stylish, and has the range to take you wherever you want to go.

Cadillac’s Escalade Hybrid is a luxury SUV, so it’s priced a bit higher, $ 74,135. Fuel efficiency is good for an SUV up to 23 mpg and a range of up to 575 miles per tank. This SUV balances the needs of a larger family with a desire to be a little more eco-friendly, and it does so with incredible style.

Improve your presentation skills by stretching your voice with 5 P

Voice is a powerful tool for presenters. Voice can make the difference between success and failure when your goal is to engage your audience. In sales meetings, company updates, or technical meetings, it’s critical to keep your audience engaged and interested in your feedback. Learn to stretch your voice by understanding the 5 Ps of voice control, including pitch, rhythm, pause, projection, and personality.

Pitch refers to the ups and downs of your notes when you speak. We all have the ability to speak from a vocal range, which includes higher notes and lower notes. However, it takes a lot of awareness and practice to realize your own tone and consciously change it. Why is tone important? A monotonous voice bores the audience and a bored audience is less likely to remember your key points or take action. To play with tone, try thinking of popular characters who have voices at both ends of the vocal range, and then practice speaking (or singing!) Like them. For example, you could think of Michael Jackson’s high-pitched voice and then compare it to the deeper tones of Barry White. You can also simulate the voices of movie actors to start expanding your own range. Over time, your knowledge and practice with tone will allow you to vary your voice as you speak, all with the goal of engaging your audience for your comments. Now that we’ve seen Pitch, let’s move on to Pace.

Pace refers to the speed at which you speak. Just as monotonous is boring, so is single rhythm. A good speaker knows the value of changing the pace while speaking. For example, when you present a topic that is exciting, you can speed up the pace of your voice. On the other hand, when you want people to focus your attention, you can slow down to emphasize. The general point is that variation is the key to success here. So play with your rhythm the next time you speak to see the impact on your audience. Now that we have explored Pace, we will move on to see Pause.

The pause involves pausing momentarily for effect in the middle of your comments. It is a tool that is used hand in hand with the rhythm variation. It’s best to use a pause before or after a significant point as a tool for emphasis. Pause is also a tremendous tool for nervous speakers who tend to speak too fast. By dwelling on the key points, the speaker gives the audience time to process the key points before moving on to the new material. An easy trick is to underline the key points in your notes and then place the word PAUSE in large letters to remind you to stop talking for a few seconds. Playing actively on pause will have a profound effect on your presentation dexterity. Now that we’ve covered Pause, let’s move on to the powerful Projection tool.

This aspect of voice is by far the most important, as it correlates with your audience’s ability to hear your feedback. Even the smartest presenter cannot have the desired impact if the people in the room cannot hear his key points. With the screening, everyone can hear your comments without having to force the audition. However, it is still valuable to vary your projection to add intrigue and interest to your comments. For example, you may want to soften your voice to emphasize one key point and then increase the volume for another point. In any case, you need to make sure that all members of the audience can hear each and every point. Practice projecting your voice by imagining that everyone is sitting against the far wall of the room. Make sure they can hear you and that you are speaking from your diaphragm. Now that we’ve talked about projection, let’s take a look at personality.

Personality refers to the color, warmth, and meaning that comes from hearing your voice. The personality of your voice will determine whether people “turn on” or “turn off” when they hear you. Certainly adjusting the pitch and volume will improve the quality of your voice. Adding emotion will add color and warmth to your voice. So will a smile that softens and warms the vocal tones that people hear. Personality can range from passionate to boring, serious to lighthearted. What personality are you looking for when you talk about a certain topic? Give some thought and choose a word that captures the tone you want your voice to convey. Write that word at the top of your notes so that you live consciously to infuse your voice with the personality that will help you make the most impact.

Using the 5Ps of Vocal Control together

When you’re just starting out, you may want to focus on one P at a time and then add more until you can stretch your voice to reveal the 5 P’s in a given presentation. By playing with every aspect of vocal control, you can infuse your voice with interest, warmth, and personality! Use each of the Ps, including pitch, pace, pause, projection, and personality to actively engage your audience and make them want more. I want to buy my spouse a gift to show that I am sorry for cheating. What is the best?

Sometimes I hear from spouses who want to offer some kind of gift to indicate how sorry they are for cheating or having an affair. And yet everything they consider seems wrong to them. They want to get the perfect item that shows their sincerity going forward. But they are not sure what is appropriate.

I heard a husband say, “I cheated on my wife and she found out. Honestly, I was considering leaving my wife and being with the other woman. But once my wife found out and I saw the pain my actions caused her. , I changed my mind. Seeing her so vulnerable reminded me of the woman I first fell in love with and I decided that I owed it to both of us to try and save our marriage. To my surprise, she agreed to give me that fact. That she is willing to give me another chance humiliates me. I want to get her something to show her how grateful I am. I asked one of her best friends what she would like and the friend told me that I am stepping on narrow ground because my wife is going to read too much anywhere whatever I choose. Are you right? I don’t know what to do right now. “

What Your Spouse Really Wants: While I think it is heartwarming when one spouse wants to show their love for the other, I agreed with the friend that the wrong decision could make the situation worse. I need to be honest right now. As a spouse who has been cheated on, I can tell you that what your spouse wants is not jewelry or another trinket. What your spouse really wants is your marriage back. They want to feel like they can trust you again. They want the assurance that you still want them and that you won’t cheat again. They want to feel your genuine affection. They want you to do whatever it takes to help them heal or recover from this. Frankly, these things would be more meaningful than any trinket could be.

Make sure any gift shows your spouse how much you understand and appreciate it: I understand and respect that you want to make a gesture to show your spouse how important he is to you and how committed you are moving forward. In that case, you need to seriously consider it. You don’t want to submit the wrong idea. You don’t want to just give them a “gift of guilt” that you didn’t think very deeply about. Many men will think that they will be covered if they buy expensive jewelry for their wife. I suppose this works for some women, but many wives will assume that you think you can just buy an outlet and that is not the message you want to send.

My experience and opinion is that you will be better off if you can find something that shows your spouse that you know her intimately and that you want to reconnect with her that way. Perhaps you can find something that is a symbol of your early relationship. Perhaps you can find something that reminds your spouse of your honeymoon or a trip or a hobby you share that is meaningful to you. Frankly, this is going to be very individual for each woman. The gift should show her that you know what is important and meaningful to her because you listen and understand her.

I will share with you one of the most meaningful gifts my husband has given me. Shortly after his infidelity, my mother became very ill. I had to spend a lot of time in hospitals and this was emotionally draining, although there is nowhere I would have preferred to be because I wanted to support my mom. My husband called my stepfather and asked him to relieve me for a day or two. When I got home, my husband had set up a hammock in our backyard and bought a book that had been meaningful to us early in our marriage. I wanted him to take some time to enjoy the book in the hammock. This gift was not expensive at all. But it showed that my husband really understood what would be restorative for me. And he cleaned up his calendar so that we could spend time together in that place. This meant more to me than any jewel.

Obviously, what is meaningful to your wife will be different from what is meaningful to me. But if you listen to your heart and discover what something could mean to your spouse, then that is a gesture that would probably be greatly appreciated.

GreenLighting Solar Charger Battery

This device could make you feel like you are contributing to the world. Why? Because you could be charging your devices using energy from the sun and nothing else! Even if it were to switch from electricity to solar energy on a very small level, it is still a step in saving our earth. Sounds like a great idea, but let’s take a closer look at the product.

Technical details

First of all, it obviously receives power directly from the sun, the solar panel is 4.5 volts and 0.4 watts. You can expect this device to recharge a 2000 mAh lithium ion battery. That means it can charge state-of-the-art phones and devices. The GreenLighting solar charging battery has a suction cup that will allow you to use it on windows. Depending on the provider, it will charge your phone by up to 40%. It’s supposed to do it in 4 hours. If you have a cloudy day, you can charge it via USB and save it for later. On this device, you will see 4 blue lights on the back that indicate how much power the internal battery has. The green light will show whether this GreenLighting solar charging battery is charging or not. Dimensions are 4.5 “x 1.5”.

Reviews (2)

Most of the reviews I have read are from Amazon. Most of the reviews are good about this product. I learned that this device has the two most common problems.

  1. The suction cup does not work properly

  2. Loading speed is slow

Note that in dry air the suction cups do not work as well. You can also prop the GreenLighting solar charging battery on something because the device itself could be heavy for the suction cup.

The loading speed depends entirely on the type of window. We are at this point of technological advancement where windows can significantly reduce the power of sunlight. So if you want to put this charger behind your new windshield or windows, keep in mind that it will make a big difference. If it’s sunny it’s best to keep your windows open if it’s too cold, consider what a difference it will make. Other reviews are not specific or subjective, so I will not mention them.

If you really love the idea of a green earth or if you live in a place where the sun is shining all the time, I would recommend the GreenLighting Solar Charging Battery. The reviews are not as good as we would all like, but in my opinion they should be higher. Some of those people probably didn’t think about solar panels being behind windows. The only glitch is the suction cup, but you can overcome it very easily.

How to develop a fight club body like Brad Pitt

In the Fight Club movie, Brad Pitt had an average build when it came to muscle size, but his muscle tone was exceptional! In fact, if you’ve been lifting weights for some time, you probably have more muscle size than Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Women seem to prefer this body type to an overly muscular body almost 100% of the time. If you want to impress guys in the gym, then of course, gain a ton of muscle mass. If you want to impress women, then go for that slim Fight Club style.

Don’t kid yourself … It’s harder to lose weight than to gain weight!

The guys at the gym never cease to amaze me. They are very impressed by those bulky bodybuilders who lift heavy weights, but have very little tone. I hear it all the time … “that guy can bench 405 for 6 reps” … “that guy has 20 inch arms” … etc. Most of these big guys never get low enough body fat percentages to see great muscle tone. I keep my body fat levels at 6% year-round and I don’t get a lot of respect from the guys in the gym, but the girls pay a lot of attention to me. Honestly, getting big requires very little self-discipline. If you progressively lift heavier weights in the 6-12 rep range and eat like a pig, you will grow!

Being too big will make you look cheesy!

I hate ripping bodybuilders so hard, but can we remove the Everlast clown pants? Seriously, you have to know what I’m talking about. What about those guys who wear those spandex pants or tank tops that they cut to make them smaller? Is there a worse group in terms of style than bodybuilders? Style is very important to women. If you grow too big, you can’t even wear regular jeans. Big boys also look stupid when they try to dress up. You can never look GQ or modern if you are too big. Don’t be mad at me if you’re big, I’m only here to help you.

A simple plan to get a lean “fight club body”.

Hopefully I have persuaded some people to take off their clown pants and return to a reality where women will talk to you again. It’s simple, but not easy, to get a fight club body. I would recommend workouts with only 20 minutes of lifting followed by 40-60 minutes of cardio. Make sure to start your cardio session with a high intensity interval training. If you don’t know how to do cardio that way, just Google that term. Low intensity cardio only works to bring you down to around 10 to 12 percent body fat, if you want to really get toned then you’re going to have to work hard on the cardio. When it comes to eating, don’t be obsessed with protein. You don’t need a ton of protein to maintain a lean body. The main thing is to keep the total calories consumed below what you burn. I weigh around 185 pounds and consume around 1500-1800 calories per day spread over 3 meals. Whenever I do the 6 meal approach, I can’t keep the calories low enough to lose body fat. If you can eat 6 smaller meals and keep the calories low, then you can use that approach.

This is to achieve a Fight Club Body!

Nevada Nonprofit Corporations

The corporation constituted for companies engaged in charitable, religious, scientific or educational activities that profit for the betterment of society is defined as non-profit corporations.

No part of the income or profits is distributed among the officers or directors, except for lawful business purposes or for any other promotional purpose of the corporation. Income is exempt from tax by the state of Nevada and is used for the organization’s non-profit purposes.

The incorporation of the nonprofit corporation is subject to the full rules of tax exemptions. The corporation may have any number of directors, who do not need to be resident citizens of the state of Nevada; they have the provision to appoint a resident agent to manage the operation of the non-profit corporation. Out-of-state transactions are also subject to a full tax deduction, as the governing laws that apply to the nonprofit corporation is the state law into which it is incorporated.

The primary purpose of the Nevada nonprofit corporation is to serve the public interest for non-commercial purposes. These topics fall under a broad classification of religion, research, art, charity, education, or even politics.
